So, that's very helpful today because we're making really thick pork chops and you've got to know when they're just right. So, we're gonna put those on and put the grill in and I'll show you guys just exactly how to do it. So, right now we've got the grill screaming hot, as close to 600 degrees. And we have our sear grate inside. As you can see, we've got our asparagus started already, so we're going to put our pork chops on right now.
