Hi, my name is Christina Mora. I'm a UCLA student and also a leader of the California Dream Network. Today, we have attorney Jessica Dominguez to answer some of the questions that we have been getting in the last couple of weeks that pertain to the deferred action application. Thank you, Athena. I'm glad to be here today. We're going to be going over the different applications for the action. The first one is form I-821D. The second application is I-765. And the last application is I-765WS. Just for this video, we will be focusing on the first application, which is I-821D. For question 1 on the application, we have been getting a lot of questions from people who don't know what to put because they have two last names. The best answer is to use the names that you were given on your birth certificate. In many of our countries, we use two different last names - our mother's last name and our father's last name. So, use the last names that appear on your birth certificate. That's the best answer. The next question is question 2. I have met many students who are minors under 18 and have their parents. They are wondering if they really have to put their parents' name on this question. Not necessarily. This address can be used by those who, for example, are moving or have issues receiving their correspondence at the address where they actually reside. They can use someone else's address for purposes of mailing or those people who are being represented by an attorney. The attorneys are also using their address. On the second page of the application, many people have questions about question 5, which is asking for a social security number. If you don't have one, you don't...
