Here I am at the office and I had to make this video today because apparently the last video that I made, titled "Tax Refunds Delay for 2017," left people with a lot of questions. Even though I thought I made it very clear, apparently mine and apparently the IRS didn't make it clear either because they had to go back to the website and put in big, bold letters, "Do not check until after they say." They're not gonna even update until after the 15th. Everybody, at the stroke of midnight, for some reason, you beautiful taxpayers out there, start to check "Where's My Refund?" at twelve o'clock. Expect for the magic tax refund fairy to put the money into your accounts. Listen, I understand that the money is yours and you want it now, but people, y'all have to understand, the IRS clearly stated anywhere from the 15th to the 27th, do not look for your stuff to be in there. The 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, that they gave you an estimated date, time. That is all they gave you, and then you got to think, it's still third party. Just because they sent it to your bank does not mean it's going to be put in your bank on that day. Every bank is different. Nobody banks with the same thing. You got Republic Bank, you got Sunrise Bank, you got SP BB&T, you got Meta Bank, you got people with these Emerald Cards. SP, all of them banking different. My office, we have a different banking system. So just because it's in the bag, it still may take another two or three days. Y'all have got to get it together. You survived Christmas. You made it through this. Guess what?...
