Mark, this is a super automatic machine with OneTouch buttons for a cappuccino, espresso, coffee, or long coffee. It also has a special button where you can brew a bottom Mikado, hot milk, or hot water. Now, we say OneTouch, let's tell people what we mean. That means you're brewing from bean to cup at the touch of a button, including your automatic milk frothing. You know, Morgan, on some OneTouch machines, you really give up a lot of control. This isn't the case on the Xperia. You're really able to fine-tune your brewing process and produce excellent crema-rich espresso shots. That's right! It starts with a high-quality ceramic disc grinder with 8 grind settings, so you can match your grind to your beans and your drink. And we like the ceramic disc grinders because they're gentle around your beans, leaving more flavor in your coffee and also allows you to fine-tune for those great shots of espresso. With the 8 grind settings, you can adjust to a fine grain for your espresso all the way to a coarse grain for your long coffee.
